Exporter Terms of Service

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Exporter ("the App") developed by JOLIEBE ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the App.
1. Application Use
The Exporter App allows businesses to sync their transaction, customer, and general business data to Google Sheets via integration with Stripe. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that any data syncing and integration is at your own risk, and we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inaccuracies arising from such synchronization.
You must have a valid Stripe account and a Google account to use the Exporter App. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
The App may require periodic updates or modifications for improved functionality or security purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure you are using the latest version of the App and implementing any required updates.
2. Data Privacy and Security
We understand the importance of your data privacy and are committed to protecting it. The App securely accesses and transfers data between Stripe and Google Sheets. We do not store or retain any of your business's transaction, customer, or general business data.
You acknowledge and agree that data transferred through the App may be subject to Google's privacy policies and terms of service, as well as Stripe's privacy policies and terms of service. We recommend reviewing these policies to understand how your data will be handled by these third-party services.
3. Intellectual Property
The Exporter App, including its design, features, and functionality, is the intellectual property of JOLIEBE. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or in connection with the use of the Exporter App.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Exporter App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
6. No Warranties
The Exporter App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, availability, or suitability for your specific purposes.
We do not warrant that the operation of the Exporter App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of the App is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your devices or loss of data that may result from using the App.
We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Please note that this "No Warranties" section does not affect any warranties that may be provided by Stripe or Google with respect to their respective services.
7. Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise where you may request a refund for the Exporter App. If you are dissatisfied with the App for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with your purchase details, including the date of purchase and the reason for the refund request.
We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the request does not meet our refund criteria.
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that any Stripe or Google fees associated with the purchase of the App are non-refundable. You will be responsible for any fees or charges imposed by Stripe or Google in connection with the refund.
This refund policy applies solely to the Exporter App and does not apply to any other products or services provided by JOLIEBE.
JOLIEBE reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the refund policy will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website or within the App. It is your responsibility to review the refund policy periodically.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Exporter App at any time without notice or liability if you violate these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of the App poses a risk to our systems, security, or reputation.
9. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website or within the App. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in France.
